Installing Portal Server "/wpo42/WP420MP/Setup". Selected Portal, WAS, HTTP Server, DB2 and IDS. Removed CD5, and when SUM got to the Portal install section it popped up Disk Change box. I copied all CD5, deleted INS,LAS, and EAS. Got to 13 steps, WPS and Transcoding finished. Got Error on EAS install (expected). Stopped SUM. Connected to Portal with browser, had Portal look and feel. Started uninstaller with Portal Server still running "/opt/WebSphere/PortalServer/uninstall.sh". Selected uninstaller GUI option "Disable Security". Ran SUM selecting 3rd and 4th options, stalled at WPS DB panel. Rick Schenk reviewed and fixed. Installing using build 07030203. Assume all operating system pre-reqs installed on clean machine before starting WEA install

(1) Install only DB2 then Everything on 1 box via Standard Install

(a) Start WEA install and select the "Standard install" option and only select  install DB2
(b) specify a weatest for the DB2 admin user/pw (for aix this is currently hard coded to db2admin)
(c) Verify component  installed in previous step is operation
c1) Create several DB2 instances/users manually to allow the install of the ESS/DB2e/INS/DMS/LAS components on different instances
(ex: essinst1,insinst1,dmsinst1,db2einst1 and lasinst1). For Windows, Create one instance with multiple user having proper rights to it. For example create           wininst1 with users essinst1,insinst1,dmsinst1,db2einst1 and lasinst1having proper access Admin rights to wininst, via db2 administration)
(d) Start WEA install again and install  all other WEA components, specify DB2 admin user/pw specifed in step c1
(e) Verify components  installed in previous step are operation and Install prompts for correct info.
(f) Identify required manual steps and verify proper documentation

Removed "serverName" property from LAS (serverName), INS (serverName/weasun08.raleigh.ibm.com), and ESS (serverName), "Apply"d each, then stopped/started WAS.
